
Zoe Perrenoud was born in Lausanne, Switzerland, in 1987. She grew up speaking English and French and developed a love of reading and writing in both languages. She studied for a B.A. English with Creative Writing at Bangor University, in Wales, followed by an M.A. in Creative Writing.
Her work has appeared in the Aesthetica Creative Works Annual (2008), Newcastle University’s Crossing the Lines: New Writing by International Students (2011), Charity Anthology Stardust, Always (2016), Tales from Beyond (2019) and in various online publications (Delano, Story Seed Vault).
She was shortlisted for the 2016 Bridport Short Story Prize and for the 2017 SiWC Storyteller’s Award. She is the author of the dark young adult fantasy Bloodlender series, a thrilling coming-of-age tale full of magic, mystery and suspense. She is currently working on a new series.
Zoe lives in Luxembourg with her husband, two children and two cats. She currently works as a freelance copywriter and translator.
